BUSINESS & ADVERTISER AGREEMENT
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
This Business & Advertiser Agreement applies to businesses, organizations, advertisers, sponsors, service providers, and other entities that purchase or submit promotional services through We Are Hoke Marketplace.
Business Information
The business represents that all information supplied to We Are Hoke Marketplace is accurate and that the business has authority to provide the information.
Advertising Materials
The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that advertisements, photographs, logos, claims, prices, promotions, and other submitted materials are accurate and lawful.
The advertiser represents that it has the necessary rights to use submitted materials.
Approval of Advertisements
We Are Hoke Marketplace may review advertising materials before publication.
We reserve the right to reject or request changes to advertisements that we believe are misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, inconsistent with marketplace standards, or otherwise unsuitable for publication.
Advertising Performance
We do not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, calls, customers, sales, website visits, or other business results unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Placement
Advertising placement may be subject to availability and the specific advertising package purchased.
We reserve the right to make reasonable placement adjustments when necessary for website functionality, publication requirements, scheduling, or technical reasons.
Payment
Advertisers agree to pay all applicable fees according to the payment terms provided at purchase or in a separate written agreement.
Late or Failed Payments
We may suspend advertising or other promotional services if payment is overdue or cannot be processed.
Termination
Either party may terminate an advertising arrangement according to the cancellation terms applicable to the purchased service or separate agreement.
We may terminate or suspend an account or advertisement if the advertiser violates these policies or applicable law.
Indemnification
The advertiser agrees to defend and indemnify We Are Hoke Marketplace against claims arising from the advertiser’s submitted materials, advertising claims, products, services, business practices, or violation of applicable law.
No Guarantee of Results
Advertising through We Are Hoke Marketplace provides an opportunity for exposure but does not guarantee business results.
