We Are Hoke Marketplace exists to promote local businesses, organizations, services, resources, and community connections. To keep the marketplace useful and welcoming, all users and businesses are expected to follow these guidelines.
Accurate Information
Businesses must provide truthful and reasonably current information.
False addresses, fake businesses, misleading claims, fraudulent offers, fake reviews, or intentionally deceptive information are prohibited.
Respectful Communication
Users must communicate respectfully. Threats, harassment, intimidation, hate-based attacks, obscene material, and abusive conduct are prohibited.
No Fraud
Fraudulent listings, counterfeit goods, deceptive promotions, fake identities, and attempts to obtain money or personal information through deception are prohibited.
Business Listings
A business should only create or claim a listing when it has legitimate authority to represent the business.
Reviews
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.
Users may not create fake reviews, pay others to create deceptive reviews, impersonate customers, or intentionally manipulate ratings.
Photographs and Content
Users must have permission to submit photographs, logos, videos, written material, or other content they upload.
Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to remove content involving illegal products or services, fraud, malware, pornography, threats, harassment, discriminatory content, intellectual-property violations, or other material that creates a reasonable risk to users or the marketplace.
Enforcement
We may edit, remove, reject, suspend, or terminate listings or accounts that violate these guidelines.
Serious matters may be reported to appropriate authorities when legally appropriate.We
